Ahead of his 4th professional bout at ABP on Saturday, 25 April 2026, I chatted to the young, highly ranked, undefeated super middleweight boxer – Gary van Staden.

He had some strong words for the many wannabe boxers out there, talks about the the spirit within the Smith’s stable and also shows that he is not just a pretty face……business savvy too!
